Guest Blog: HTV Director

My main task on the HTV staff is directing. I direct shows every Monday night. We alternate between the news show and an entertainment show. A few members on the HTV staff are currently working on a Battle of the Ravine documentary. Last Tuesday we set up an interview fair and invited any Henderson of Ouachita alumni to come share their stories about the Battle of the Ravine. The interviews were very entertaining and it was really neat to hear all the stories they told about pranks and their college experiences.

We are planning on having another interview fair in a few weeks to conduct more interviews. I am also helping the producer of HTV, Dillon Morrison, on a dance production to be shown at the Dance Showcase at the end of this semester. We are currently planning on having an interview fair to interview the Dance Company about the choreography they are working on to prepare for the showcase.

There are a lot of other projects the HTV staff members are working on. This semester is going great and everyone is working hard to get shows put on air.
